Integrated Cellular Client

Post by Seller_V »

Hello.
I have ОХЕ R10.1.1-j2.603-25-a-ru-c7s2 and all mandatory licenses (DISA and Remote Ext). I have to make the desktop phone and mobile phone ringing simultaneously. I supposed that is "integrated cellular client" feature and did all things i saw in the documentation. As a result when i call the Internal Cellular Ext i have following trace without Called Number field. I hear the alert tone for 12 seconds although my call in trace was disconnected immediately. What could be wrong?

Now i want to start from simple thing - internal call to Internal Cellular Extension --> call via E1 to External Cellular Extension (mobile phone).

Please post your configuration for the remote extension.
REX users configured?
Analog Ghost-Z with Remote extension Ghost-Z feature activated configured? How many REX users, how many Ghosts?
Dual ring is achieved by tandem or set supervision? The rights for the Ghost-Z users are the same with the normal users?

Here are my users.

Dir. Numb. 5002 255-255-255, Type: Remote Extension, A4980=Standard - Internal Cellular Ext.
(Two Multiline keys are created for tandem with desktop phone)
Dir. Numb. 4002-4011 255-255-255, Type: ANALOG, Ghost Z = True, Ghost Feature = Remote extension
Speed Dial 4102 --> <9+Mobile Number>, External Disa Nbr = 5002.

What else shall be done?

Like I said the rights of the REX and ghost should allow them to dial external mobile numbers. Also check that the incoming trunk group has joining activated with the outgoing trunk group.
If you want to forward also the incoming number the outgoing trunk provider should allow CLIP no screening.

Tot3, do you know if we must have equal number of ghosts for Remote extensions? or is it just used to setup call to remote user?

Should apply same rule as for ICS nomadic. Only will be needed when calling the remote party. So usually a percentage only is created. However on ICS we have an option to force a ghostZ to be always reserved for a user in case he is like a priority one. If all are like always out I created the same amount of ghostZ as users using the feature

Dears,
Connected OXE R10 with Cisco UC through T2 Qsig and managed the one number feature with REX and tandem set. The same thing is configured in Cisco aswell. But the issue is I can't provide more than one line to the users (multiline is enabled with one line), it will create a loop when called. is there a better way of integration anybody can suggest (with one number feature)? Is there an alternate way to REX, as Im running out of licenses?
Regards,
AR
