all phones gives busy when i call them

Hi everybody,
We have a network of a4400 (almost 20 nodes), all they are IP trunk, but other node is linking with a E1 (pra2), they all have release 9.1, the other node with pra2 was in version 7.1 with cpu 6, and it could call to every node with no problem, but i changed that node to cpu 7.2 release 9.1 and i can call to some node without problem but to others all extensions give busy, if I make a recall (after a few seconds) it gives me the recall and the call it´s ok, but a direct call I can´t do it. What can I check. all is a A4400.

Only upgrade? Nothing else? Maybe not enough compressors. Check with compvisu and also check incvisu for details

For internode calls (when in network exist some nodes with old releases) - system/ other system/ network parameters - item "Network Enable UTF8" - try to disable.

IT SOLVED, the problem was that in the traductor the vpn hop was -1 I changed a value more than I put in Internodelinks, vpn hops in this case 2 and it solved the problem.
