DTMF limited to 12 digits
Running OXE R10.1 and find that when after a call is connected and entering a long string of DTMF keys say a credit card number or DHL package number, the OXE limits the number to 12 so that the user can not completely enter the number. Where can we increase this limit so that longer numbers can be entered? Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: DTMF limited to 12 digits
The numbers are entered after the call is connected through the numeric keypad on the telephone set. Thanks for your help.

Re: DTMF limited to 12 digits
Sorry for misleading you, but what I meant to say was that after the user connects a call to an external IVRS system and they are entering numbers. For instance the user calls his banks phone banking hotline and then enters his credit card number to check his transaction details. In this case the user can not enter more than 12 digits but his credit card number is 16 digits so it fails to register his input. The user would like to increase this limit from 12 digits to a greater number. I was wondering if there is any parameters we can set to control the number of DTMF digits the user can send after the call is connected.

Re: DTMF limited to 12 digits
That is controlled on the IVR side, OXE has nothing to do with that.

Re: DTMF limited to 12 digits
You can only see so many digits on the phone screen, but I am pretty sure there is no limit on the number of dtmf you can send.
You can make a quick test by running traces.
