unanswered calls message problem

Hi everyone;
We have a customer that have Relese 8.1/45.003 version OXO. They use just digital phones for extensions and they have also ISDN. But usually they can not receive the incoming unanswered calls as a text message. It works sometimes but usually it doesn't work. We have applied LoLa procedure and uploaded the latest backup without labels. But the situation is still same. Do you have any idea about our problem? Thanks a lot...

why you load old firmware? Try latest R8.2_80.001
