4029 Display Name and Ext number

Hi everyone,
First sorry for my English, and I'm new with OXE . I just receive this system when I change my job.
We have an OXE hardware , with some 4029 digital phone .
Some of that phone can display both Name and Ext Number in conversation. But the other only can display Name or ExtNumber.
I don't know why and where to config for all phone can display both. Please help me !

we have analog phone, some 4039 phones ,but we just face problem with 4029 phone .
