Hi!
Why can't I have the "operator" menu in a 8029?
I believe I've installed a 4029 once and it had that menu, but other times it doesn't. I'm confused.
It always appears in the 4039/8039...
Thanks.

Re: 4029/8029 Operator Menu
I haven't seen an operator menu in a 4029 set. it is always in a 4039 set. Even the documentation says that.
Maybe u got confused with a 4039.

Re: 4029/8029 Operator Menu
Well, i've gone to the backup of that client and it really is a 4029...
The situation is this, I want to add collective speed dial numbers through the 8029 (not just search them). Is it possible?
In this client, with a 4029, I gave them the operator password, and they go to that menu and add numbers... I'm certain it is a 4029 lol...
Thanks for all your help.

Re: 4029/8029 Operator Menu
Which release is that ? and which CPU ?
Maybe the older releases supported 4029 for operator feature.

Yeah, it was in a older release (810/045.003) with a PowerCPU. Now I have a new one with a 8029 and it seems the menu dissapeared.
Thanks.
