Configure UM exchange 2013 for Alcatel

hi,
we are configuring Voice mail for Alcatel user(IP4068) in OXE release 10.1.1 with UM exchange 2013
In the infrastructure we have a Lync 2013 user also.
The MWI notification after let a messqge we get a pop message on Lync Chat on the PC.
But no led blinking on Alcatel Phone.
We have audiocode between OXE and UM exchange.
The notification that the OXE received from Exchange was not send to Alcatel phone.
OXE does'nt recognize the SIP URI message.
I want to know if OXE release 11.0.0 accept the URI message.
