It's been a long battle, but we moved again our server to another cloud service, protecting ourselves from (sadly) Chinese IP Addresses, which would bring down AlcatelUnleashed. I just left the BPWS and could not find an interworking or interoperability report to connect to Cisco Call Manager.

Does anyone have a doc on this?

AFAIK no such document from ALU ever existed. There were some Cisco documents about connecting with 4400/OXE but they are quite old.

its 2022 and yet there isn't any. very sad as its a very common requirement nowadays...
