UA32 - Impossible to delete a terminal

Hi guys,
Please, i need a help.
My PABX is a OXE
When a try to delete a terminal in MGR>USERS>DELETE the system show me this: OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Impossible to put the terminal out of order
What i can do?
It's a ua32 board.

Did you try termstat to reset the extension ?

Hi,

the last time i had this problem, there was a boss-secretary-relation on the programmable keys.
Deleting the special keys could help.

To delete the terminal you have to delete all programmable keys like mutiline,diversion then you can deleted.
