I am using Alcatel-Lucent IP Desktop Softphone 4068 ver.10.0.0.7 and ver. 10.0.1 on Windows 7 64bit OS. I am facing mostly voice loss in both the version of Alcatel during inbound and outbound calls and even when i hold the call and by replacing usb port or restarting the WINDOW AUDIO services it get resolve. But i need any permanent resolution for it. Please Help and save my life
