Port-security problem after rebooting the switch 6400 series

Hi,

Please note that I am experiencing a problem with my Alcatel switch 6400 series.
The problem happens when I reboot after I have apply port security on all switch ports, the network cannot be reached it displays the message “request time out” on the host connected on the switch. I have to ping but no success. Before the rebooting the port security was working properly but after the reboot all the host connected to the switch cannot connect to the network.

Here are the port-security commands applied on the 6400 switch.

Port-security 1/5-48 admin-status enable
Port-security 1/5-48 maximum 3
Port-security 1/5-48 max-filtering
Port-security 1/5-48 violation shutdown

Please help me resolve this issue.

what are the outputs:

show running-directory
show port-security (maybe of a specific port with following .... 1/10)
