Low audio on APA Trunks connectecd via FCT

Hi,
We have set up a callcenter on GCE Platform, We are running on OXE R 10.1, Apparently incomming access is through APA analog trunks connected via fxo gateway .Agents are connected on IP Touch Softphones .
My issue is on the reception by customers reaching the callcenter. they complain that the welcome guide is too low and even reaching the agents,the quality of voice is too low yet the agents here them loud and clear.

I have checked on the analog trunk cos to check if there is any audio boost but it is still the same.
Can anyone help out to achieve remedy for this problem?

Check the trunk COS of your analog trunk group.
Then go to External services--> Trunk cos--> trunk cos used by trunk group--> type of line --> short, long..... --> this modifies the impedance (though volume) of your analog line I think the NDDI board (or APA) has to be restarted.
