I Must to press the Call then I use bluetooh handset

Hi,

I have replaced my bluetooth handset on my 4068 EE set.

When I receive a call, if i take my headset, the phone rings always, I must to press on the correspond line key to take the call.

I triy my handset on a old 4068, it works fine,the call begins when i take the call.

are any parameter to configure the handset hook?

What about compatibilities (from TC 1051):
A new Bluetooth handset (3GV27059xx) operates exclusively with IP Touch 4068 Extended Edition set (3GV27062xx). It improves the audio quality in WiFi environment. This handset does not operate with the Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4068 Fast Ethernet set (3GV27043xx).
The Bluetooth handset (3GV27007xx) does not operate with the Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4068 Extended Edition set (3GV27062xx).

My phone is 3GV27062 but I don't find the 3GVxxxxx.... on the headset...

Use latest set Firmware to be compatible.
