Mirroring IP Phone

Hi guys,

i have this problem in my IP touch 4038:

mirror set pc
#mirror#
pc port protection on, mirror deactivated
mirror KO

How I can activate the mirroring?

May be - Alcatel 8&9 series/ Series 8&9 COS/ Phone COS - you have disabled PC port?

I think the correct command is "mirror set lan".
However in mgr we need to activate the PC port.
Alcatel 8&9 Series > Alcatel 8&9 classe of service > Phone COS
Set the State PC Port parameter to Enable Port.

I´ve got the same problem, i have modify the Phone Cos.
After that
NoePhone > mirror set lan
mirror set lan
#mirror#
pc port protection on, mirror deactivated
mirror KO

if i check the pcport;
NoePhone > pcport
pcport
#pcport#
Current pc port protection: voice vlan filtering
After next reset: voice vlan filtering
pcport OK
NoePhone >

And in another phone this is that appears,
NoePhone > pcport
pcport
#pcport#
Current pc port protection: off
After next reset: off
pcport OK
NoePhone >

did you knoe how to disable the protection?

Hi jorgehi,

Did you check that the Phone COS is the same as the one you changed in "Alcatel 8&9 Series > Alcatel 8&9 classe of service > Phone COS"? I had that happen to me, I changed Phone COS 0, but my ext was using Phone COS 2....
