Disa Message Duration in OXE

Dear All,
Does any one know how I can control on the duration of the Disa message?, I have about 25 sec. Disa message and it is repeated 4 times before going to attendant when an external caller dial the external trunk connected to the PBX, so we need to repeat it 2 times only instead of 4 times. How can I do that?

for your information, the PBX is OXE-R9.1-Crystal HW

Did you look in the list of the timers in the documentation ?

Hi Frank,

sure, but I found that, there is a timer enable me to control on the time before the Disa answering the incoming call,(how many rings for the caller before hearing the Disa message).

Is it inter digit timeout? By default 10 not 25 seconds?! Stop the time and check matching entries in tabtemp command output step by step
