Anyone having this problem,
My IC when launch is always showing - connection in progress
had given all the rights to the user,
strange thing is that you can still call using dial by name
web softphone is working fine, only the pc client is not working

Check the Troubleshooting Guide, it is specified there. Usually it is because of DNS (reverse/forward) or maybe you put the wrong FQDN?

check nslookup to the ICS and ACS server IPS from the client PC.
ex: nslookup 10.10.10.10
ex: nslookup 10.10.10.10

Thx, Alu support found the problem,
Teamwork service has not been intergraded with ics (previously had given all rights to the user)
by unchecking teamwork service, the client is able to boot up (please see attached)

Hello All,
The issue connection in Progress in MyIC comes due to following reasons:
1. Check it Myteamwork rights is given to user when there is no integration with ICS.
2.Check for Proxy settings in the Browser.
3. Even .dot net frame work upgraded also creates the program, clean reinstall of .netframe fixes this issue
