We currently run an ancient Alcatel 4200 digital phone system which we don't actually know much about. We need to get a conference module for our conference room phone however as our phone system is end of life we can't get any support for it.
Does anyone know of a module that will be compatible with our system? We use 4012 and 4020 phones. I did do a quick search and found an OmniTouch 4125 Compact Conferencing Module however I can't seem to confirm whether that would fit any of our phones and work on our system.
Appreciate the whole setup is pretty old so might not be able to get any help but thought I would check and see.

4125 is a module for 9 series digital terminals which are not compatible with 4200.
Buy an analog conference unit and use it.

Unfortunately we actually do have a Polycom SoundStation Premier Analogue conference system which works fine on an analogue line but plugged in to the digital line through an Alcatel 4094 SO AP Module device it doesn't work. It used to work but the setup had to be taken apart for painting and now we can't get it to work. (a digital phone works fine on the port and we do have a spare Alcatel 4094 SO AP Module but still no luck). As we don't know too much about the phone system we have contacted a company who have quoted us over £1000 to look at the problem which doesn't actually include parts or a guarantee it will fix the problem so we thought it might be easier if we were to buy a digital Conferencing Module for the phone system. However if there is no such device compatible with the 4200 phone system then getting these guys in might be the only option, apart from upgrade the phone system which we have been told is a non started

4094 is a CTI module.
You need the 4095 analog module for your purpose.
You need the 4095 analog module for your purpose.

I have just taken a closer look and the original Analog module is a 4095, the spare we have is a 4094 so it is most likely that we have a faulty Analog 4095 module and the 'spare' we have won't work because it is the wrong type.
I will see if we can get a replacement 4095 Analog Module. Just to confirm however, there are no digital conference modules that are compatible with the 4200 phone system then? An Analogue conference phone is the only solution we have?
