Call Server Processing (CS-2) not responding

Need help from you all.
I got problem with CS-2 (v.10), this board is not responding when using console.
can help me solve this problem.

Sometime the CS-2 card can start, but after I restart, it will not responding again.
Already try few time to reset unit but can solve problem.

For information :
using MG-Large, GD-3, CS-2
OXE R10.1
