Meetering through V24

Hi guys

I need to connect my PC to an OXO (R3) digital port for meetering tickets, is there a way to avoid interface module, can I use the seral config cable for exemple or any other one??

Also which commande is use to tell to system that tickets have come out through this digital ports, when I connect to any digital ports the V24 is always unactivated?

hi

the serial port on the cpu is only for startup monitoring. you cannot enable it for metering.
the only solution is the module connected parrallel on a UA port.when you connect the module the omc detects automaticly the module on the port you connected .
The only application with out this is, is to enable metering on ethernet to use 4760 or an external application.

Which module is best recommended do you think?
Is 4790 OK for metering?
