Hunt Group Queuing

Hello everyone, I need some help with a Parallel hunt group.

I want to have the ability to have multiple calls calling the group at one time. When the group is ringing and I bring in a second call I get different behaviour from external calls to internal. External calls queue, internal calls get "called busy".

How can I make internal calls queue as well?

Is there a way to force calls to automatically camp on when the group is busy?

Check system documentation. There is a different behavior for external calls.
