OmniPCX Record coexistence with NICE

Hello,

Have someone idea how to add OmniPCX Record to site where NiceCLS with DR-Link is already installed? I mean problem with OPS key 130.

As far as I know, it is not possible.

An App Partner that has developed a voice recorder told me once that OXE would receive only one CSTA connection for START/END recording commands.

Maybe if you use Alcatel-Lucent OTS Manager to connect to OXE and point Nice and OmniPCX Record to the OTS Manager.

I really don't know if it works, but it's a try.

Just can't as the software locks are different, 1 for NICE and 2 for others

As far as I know impossible to use even 2 NICE recorders with DRlink. Not talking about 2 different recorder types.
