registration or license?

Hi,

i tried to configure IP desktop softphone. I think that there is no mistake in configuration. but when i try to make incoming/outgoing call its just hangup and showing "Go on hook" message. Is there any registration/license for ip desktop softphone? or did i make wrong configuration?

Please help with my problem.

Compressors available? IP parameters --> codecs? IP domain parameters?
