Incoming calls not getting thru NDDI to telephone exchange

i am quite fresh on Alcatel Pabx.
I do have an issue with getting a external calls thru NDDI board. I am able to make a outgoing call thru the NDDI trunk group but when I call back it does not go to PABX.
I do have 2 NDDI boards assigned to trank group 4. Access to trunks is restricted by public network cat. Only few phones can get external line. Thsi feature works fine
I do have an issue with receiving external calls. All trunks are assigned in trunk group to extension number. But when I call from out side i do hear on the begging normal calling signal then later busy signal.
I think I am also receiving at the same time alarm000/24/0/007=3:1307=1307=MCDU in distri tab entity 1, col Night, line 4 incorrect or missing. Not really sure waht does it mean. MDCU is the extenxin number right?

Try changing Entity no in Trunk Group from 0 to 1.

I did and no change. To be honest I can not figure how to configure entity. If you could help me on this matter I will appreciate much. Now what is happening:
Outgoing calls are going with no problem. (Well they work with overlaping somehow) so once you dial preffix which I have set up t access trunk group it takes randomly available trunk and call. I would like to make it decicated for each extension on my system (not sure how to do it)
Incoming calls are coming to PABX but these are not routed to the extensions which I have assigned to each port of NDDI card. When you call from outside it calls and you hear two ring back afer it is already in PABX then you hear long free dailing tone and when you dail during that whatever extension in my syetm it goes there. Again I would like to have it routed to the ext. number I have assigned on NDDI ports. (by any chance can you giude me on this)
Set up:
2 NDDI trunks (8 port each) I did assigned ext. number in mgr-> trunk groups -> descent hierarchy ->trunk group -> descent hierarchy ->trunk -> review modify

#1000 is a extension number where external call should be routed when some one call from number assigned to this NDDI Input. i.e. external telephone ine from Vsat is +1 123457890 and analogue line is wired to 0-15-0 NDDI card on position 15 and to channel 0. So if someone outside will dial this number it will come to PABX and will be directly routed to internal extension 1000 (user telephone).

I have changed DISA to "NO"and it is working. Thank you so much for your help I would never find this on my own.
However I am still having small issue. When getting an external trunk the phones are taking it randomly/overlaping/first one available. Is there any way to make it pernament assignements that dedicated extension will use only that trunk no and no other extesions will be able to get access to it?
Just to avoid situation that someone from outside world will need to call manager phone but it will be impossible because exactly at the same time someone else is using this trunk for external call.

You're using ars ?if yes
for the manager try to create his line under a separate trunk group and create a special prefix to seize this tg . you can use programmed key
same for otherones
or for each user replace or create a prefix with meaning direct trunk seize fe: ACB.
in user set (ua /or iptouch) create a programed touch with containing the prefix trunk ACB + TRUNK NUMBER(FROM TGdown toTRUNK it's up data tarnsparency).
for anlog user assign this ACB+trk n° to a directory touch (from 1 to #) and tell them to use the prefix directory use (may be yoy have tro create it ).
and do not forgot to delete the actual prefix

just a reminder direct trunk seize is under external feature .
also if you use the direct trunk seize there is no discrimination rule,user can dial all number

So I guess it would be impossible. So If i get you rigth your advice is to set up seperate trunk group for each number with extension number and create seperate preffix to all 16 icoming/outgoing lines, right?
I think that it will fix the issue. It will require to set up trunk access by publi category for all of them seperatly. There is no other way to do it?

Is there any settings that can mess up incoming calls routing or not. What I have obesrved today is if the exernal number is called it does not go to the routing Number I have assigned to NDDI input. So I am just wondering if this is a fault of my Vsat provider and he has fed me with wrong information or I do have some parameter changed that it mess up my incoming routing to the extension which should be called.

Other then that I do have a question how to manage external incoming call on no answer. (is it just by assosiatet set for each extension?) but in this time it will be done even with internal number. Is there any way to do it only with external incoming calls from the trunks?

you can't use ars because you haven't the necessary softwarelock(ops).
yes if you want you create a separate trunk group for each extension with separate prefix to seize this tg .

for accces to trunk two way
1-separate prefix

2-prefix for all
but in the trunk group you have to declarete over flow trunkgroup exemple tg 1 overflow to tg 2 on so on
for the acces categories you can play with them for usr 1 witch should take only tg 1 modifie in his public categorie for set/ tg compatibilities tg 1=1 and zero for all others
usr 2 should access to tg 5 fe in set /tg compatibilities all to zero exept tg5=1

for incoming you have to check with you provider and be sure that the routing number is on service

to manage over flow for external
in access cos (first level in the tree cos) according to what user have as public access right (fe 2) you can see lot of paramaters depending in the type of the line(did, lia,nddi) there you can authorize overflow on busy , on no aswer and waiting on busy etc
for the overflow directory i think should be the attendant or a set that you have to config it on the respective entity
for tg wich by default entity numbr is 0 and user's entity (guess entity number is number one) or may be same for both.
