Question about setup of alcatel ls 6224P

Hello fellow alcatel brethren,

Hey I just had a quick question I am sure it is simple but I am not seeing it in the documentation or the internet. We have a VOIP system where the phones broadcast their DSCP value and we plug in the PCs to the phones we need to divide the traffic into two vlans 1 data and 1 voice. Data is VLAN 1 (untagged or native) and voice is VLAN 60 (tagged). Here is the Cisco equivalent command what is alcatel's version ??

srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 60 20
srr-queue bandwidth shape 10 0 0 0
mls qos trust dscp
spanning-tree portfast trunk
spanning-tree bpduguard enable

So my question is what is the alcatel equivalent or is there one. Basically all I need to do is divide the traffic into 2 VLANs. Voice and Data.
