sip trunking oxo with sonetel numbers

hello to all,
can someone tell me if it is possible to connect oxo R8.1 with sonetel sip provider?
i have 2 ip trunks swl. i want to use these sip trunk for incoming and outgoing.

It will be hard to know, but if you can give us some information about the provider or some logs generated by the communication between OXO and provider maybe we can help you.

Configuration of SIP phones
These settings do not apply for the Sonetel Windows client nor for the Sonetel Android app but only for 3rd party SIP phones. You can find specific instructions for many popular SIP phones here.
Enter the following information into your SIP-phone.
SIP server or SIP Proxy sip.sonetel.com
SIP User ID and Authenticate ID The first part of your email address.
For example "joe" in "joe@company.com"
Domain/realm The second part of your email address.
For example "company.com" in "joe@company.com".
STUN server stun.sonetel.com
Does your phone have a field for Outbound proxy?
If your phone has a field for Outbound proxy do like this instead:
1.Enter sip.sonetel.com as Outbound proxy
2.Enter The second part of your email address as SIP proxy.
Other recommendations
1.Use ICE for the firewall detection, if available
2.The SIP registrar has the same address the same as SIP server.
3.The IP port for SIP proxy is 5060 (according to standard).
4.Transport type is UDP.

First of all, to guarantee the total integration between the OXO and VoIP provider you need to test. Looking to your doc, the OXO doesn't support STUN server, there aren't this field on gateway parameters, but you can get success even without this field. Maybe the best thing to do is test and report the capture of SIP traffic so we can help you with configuration.
