Add Contact Fields in GDesktop

Hi folks,

Anyone know if i can, and if yes, how, add some custom fields to the contact management in gdesktop?

GDesktop comes with First Name/Last Name/Phone/Email address, and i would like to add some information like Address, Unit, Product, etc.

Yes you can...but no idea if you can on Premium...at least on Genesys it is doable...you need CME/DB modification/GAD options modification
