Well,

I upgraded GCE in the test environment, and it seems URS remains in the same version.

I installed a new and fresh installation of GCE and MSSQL servers, tried the qualification, and it works. But when i restore the actual database, the DataSourcer service does not start.

I tried to go back in the previous database (that was working) and it does not start either. Do you have any clue? Is there anything to do on GCE server after restoring databases?

The GCE versions are the same.

don't ask me how. i really don't know. We deleted everything in the strategy, and created again.
