Hello everyone,
I have an OXO R6 with analog trunk and E1 Trunk. when I try to make an international call through E1 channels dialing a secondary group prefix (ex. 502), the call is made (you hear the ringing tone and the person you called answers) but when I set the table ARS, where through the main group prefix (ex. 0) entered the ARS table and all calls beginning with 00 are routed by the secondary group ink 502, these calls are usually made but not hear the ringing tone, just listen when they answer directly.
How can I do to hear the ringin tone for these calls? If I call to another number (local, Nacional code, movil code) through this route of ARS I can hear the ringing tone. The problem happens ONLY with the Internacional Calls Trough E1 channels.
Please Help me..

Re: ARS Problem with E1 trunk
Can you provide the traces for the two cases?
Re: ARS Problem with E1 trunk
I send to you the Configuration Backup
If you Check the ENd of Dialing Table I had to set some prefixes according to international numbers dialed in order to have the ringing tone. but this table has a limit of entries.
but I need to hear the ringing tone without having to configure each prefix in the END of Dialing Table.

Re: ARS Problem with E1 trunk
So you need block dialing in order to have ringback. Check noteworthy addresses TC. There are 2 labels that need to be configured to activate end of dialing with timeout instead of end of dialing table. I do not remember which ones.
Re: ARS Problem with E1 trunk
Thank,
But you dont remember wich one?
I found the Noteworthy Addresses call "SimDialTon" in OTHER LEBELS that indicate: used for outgoing calls, to simulate the external dial tone or not. By default this flag is in 00 (Network Dial TOne).
I´m not sure if this Noteworthy addresss can help me.
If you know wich are, let me know.
