call back on busy trunk group R 10.1

Can any one tell me where is the option of automatic call back on busy trunk group in Release 10.1 ???

it was available in R9.0 in phone features cos but in 10.1 its not there.....where the hell has it gone :S

Yes, it isn't there. With the manual R10 I found a feature called CCBS for external calls in the part of automatic callback on busy set. It may be removed the parameter you are looking for.

This feature is removed from the document and also from the phone feature cos, but it is working by using the call back suffix when the trunks are busy; my understanding is that Alcatel have by defaul enabled this feature in Relase 10.x

You probably already know, but for those who don’t... The CCBS option for an external subscriber can be found in the "System" parameters (near the end).
