Mailbox and email on the same Inbox

Hi all...
This is a question related to OXE
Is there a way in which I can recieve my email and mailboxes on the same inbox without the need of extrasoftware or hardware like IBM Lotus Sametime ?
I have been reading about the products ALU utilizes to provide the uniffied communications, but is being very confusing to read from the alu portal due all the marketing strategies they are using.

Any email client SW supports configuration of several mail hosts.
You can configure all messages from different mail servers to drop in one Inbox.

And what do I need in order to send the telehpone mailbox to my email?
