I was testing the fax sending problem.

so, I got the answer from e-SR that connect cpl_online specific board then capture the trace.

but When I connect the cpl_online Intip board, then I can't login mcc

than is indicated at the manual.

7.2.1.2. How to start Fax Tracking Tool with TDM captures
Note: TDM captures should only be made during low traffic conditions and with support from TS.
Like in the previous chapter, connect to INTIP, GD/GA.
Go to MCC directory MG:mcc Or INTIP:mcc
Then set Faxtracking parameters (example for fax identification 7151) to check the network and the first level of fax exchange

before the MCC directory searching, I must have login su mode, but I can't su or root account.

who know the login the su or root in the intip3 board ?

i think if it's same for intip3 as gd ,so no password need for su if you are conneted [admin@emg admin]
just tape su and follow
i have made several test of faxtracking but under intip (very good tool ) as said in the doc no need for all loggin prompts if intip

I can connect INTIP and fax trackinig success!!!

but files can not create normal. status are non value..

How can I fix or what happen something ?

i see that you have intip 3 SO I can't replay because i haven't such as board i have only intip board , and fax tracking is working well under those type of board i have juste to notice the name of the faxin/faxout file name and extract them via tftp from intip through cpu(cs) ;

here attached a fax tarcking for an issue with faxserver under intip 2
one thing i thinK you have to put the digits of the sender or receiver number in reverse order without the public trunk seizue prefix
for exemple if the receiver is 038871354 YOU HAVE TO PUT 4 AS THE FIRST digit and 5 , 3,1,7,8,8,3 and max number are 8digits

IN MY CASE I WAS FACING ISSUES FOR INCOMING faxs via PCMR2 the 38871354 was the calling number ;
