IP touch 4028 start again all times

Hi all

In our network OXE, we have IP Touch 4028 installed behind a system Vsat (I direct), after the configuration all Ip adress and static rooting to reach the call server, those IP Touch 4028 are in service. But each time those IP Phone will be to start again and reconnect themselves to the call server . An alarm number 412 is always listed in my system which will be followed by an alarm of correction N°2053 .
we have really a major problem of communication with those sites distant. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem

Check the IP Domain settings. There are some parameters about time before restart IP devices when you have some network delay.

Specifically Quality of Service COS.
