can't backup

The System R10.1 ,I Backup Mao for login "Swint".

You try to backup your system through Omni Vista? Have you try swinst menu>2. Expert Menu> 4. Backup & restore operations > 1. Immediate backup operations> 1. Immediate backup on cpu disk > ? (normally is Backup mao data). Get the files with ftp client. (binary transfer)

/readdir $1 $2 >>${3}_1 2>>$4", But I delete "cd /usr2/afe/pathIdle" after ,I login "Swinst" the backup mao is work. because my custom need call center setting,
so can't delete "pathIdle". how can set for pathIdle and backup mao.Thanks

hi, i have made and download to hard disk the backp up, i´m coneted by FTP, but, i don´t know which one is the folder where the backup is saved... please some help

/usr4/BACKUP/
The manual backups are in subdir IMMED

CAREFULL! binary file transfer is mandatory!
