Problem with recording call from microsoft outlook communica

Hi,
i have a problem with call recording from outlook connector, when i try to record a new call ringing on my phone from voice mail and that is it, no record establish, i don't know if any one face the same issue, i found nothing in the document or training manual.

can you record from your phone? Can you access your Voice Mail (Unified Messaging)???
