Visual CC Report that shows abandoned calls and CLID

We have GCE Premium and I'm looking for a report in Visual CC that shows me abandoned calls and the corresponding telephone number/CLID.

Can anyone help me locate such a report?

There is no report like that.

The only way that's possible is hiring ALU-E Professional Services and the ICON licenses.
