Call pickup

I have two OXO interconnected via voip H323 and that happens:
When site A links to site B an extension if the user is not on the table, no extension can capture the connection, even when the pickup group. This is also when the site B links to site an extension of A. My question is this, is it possible to capture private connections?

It should be able w/o problems. Do you use direct RTP?
