hi

when i do migration i restore the back up to the most close release. For example from 6.2 go to 7.1 to 8.0.1 to 9.1.Some time the sql tables translalate the database wrong. So i suggest to do that.If the problem is not fixed put the latest patch..i think now is i1.60521.e.if still persist open a case to alcatel-lucent.

Check - external services/ trunk cos - Unavailable Time Betw.2 Seizes.
If you have 10 ( 1 sec) - try to manage 20 or 25 (you need to reset NDDI board after trunk COS modification)

Hi Mohamed,

I resolved this issue, my case was like after upgrade OXE, compare to system binary NDDI binary was not matching, there is command to cross check this binary versions, there is no way forcing NDDI to download new binary because when NDDI boots automatically it download the binaries from system.

So i didnt have a much choice except replacing new NDDI 2. if you have new binary NDDI card replace it and check you can find out the exact cause for this issue.
