Small rack, CS in position 0 = possible?

Hi,
Is it possible to put a CS in position 0 in a small rack?
Is it mandatory to have a GD in a small rack on position 0?
Why: When I put a CS in my small rack on position 0 and I create a shelf 1 with option "Media Gateway Small", then automatically a GD is created on Shelf 1 position 0. And I want a CS instead of a GD on that position 0.
It is not possible to delete the GD (I get an error). And I can't change GD into CS eather.
Purpose of this all: I just want a little pabx system with CS on position 0, a bra on position 1 and a mix board on position 2 for testing things.

Not possible; you required compressors. GD is required for compressor.
