PCS External MOH

I have common hardware running OXE version 10. I have external MOH running from the AFU card on the GD-3. It plays fine except on all my remote sites, which are running PCS's. Anyone have any ideas? Customer has specific MOH that we have to use.

Config is 100% ok? does delete of pcs have any impact on this issue?
AFU on every GD-3? or one AFU in main shelf?

This is normal .If MOH is connected it on AFU it does not play on remote shelf ,not even the shelf connected with MEX board.

Shelf with MEX - should work IIRC. With what extract release and patchlevel it does not work?
Does every GD have a MADA/MCV? Are compressors divided between ip devices and ip gateway function?
if you have at least one ip-phone - try to play music on hold there also other voice guides (not tones). (the 4068 softphone emulation also should work)

I also have this, My customer has a remote shelf and would like MOH from the main site GD-3 played to it. I have looked in GD config but there is no setting for IP gateway compressors. any advice apreciated
