One number routing service problem with 1 user

I've got 1 user who can not forward his calls to 1 particular pilot number.
Since 3 weeks this doesn't work anymore. If I changed the number to a other number (station or pilot) then it works. If I use the same rule with the same pilot number by a different user it works.
Only @ this particular user the rule to this particular pilot doesn't work and he still receive the calls.
I've also tried to make a speeddial forwarded to the pilot and fill that in by the user but this also doesn't work.

Does anyone see this before? Is there a way to look in the database with sql to see if there is a wrong value somewhere.
Otherwise I'm afraid that I'm going to delete this user and recreate it again. Or if the customer gives me more time to create a SR @ ALU.

It is ICS R6.6.0.106.b

Found it. After some testing it also occurs to other users who forwarded their calls to the same pilot number.

In the end the pilot needs the option: Transfer to pilot in dissuasion set to true.
