Win7 can not open OMC8.1 MLAA and ACD

hello all
my PC win7 64 bit, OXO R. 8.1.045
I can not open "MLAA service" and "ACD service" in OMC
but i use XP , it is fine.
is it OMC or Win7 problem??

There's no problem. I use W7 and it is running well. Try to install as administrator and run as administrator too.
W7 is a filth...

Strange. It doesn't happen any issue with me. Maybe someone that had the issue can help you. Unfortunatelly I don't have another ideia.

Try to use run OMC with mouse right click and select the option “run as administrator”

You can try also in “Action Center” to change the “Change User Account Control Settings” to “Never Notify”
