Routing some outgoing call

Post by sylpid »

Hi all,

Currently we've 2 different Phone provider, let's we called it Provider A and Provider B. Normally we using prefix plan 9 to call out and will route to Provider A Trunk. Provider B was give us good rate for outgoing call in Malaysia and some other destination. Also Provider A have good rate to some outgoing destination.

Is it possible if we adjust just using one dial Plan "9" we split the routing. When the user dial 9 +0060 <<malaysia number>> will route it to Provider B trunk and 9 +0065<<Singapore>> to Provider A trunk , so we can manage it easy to our user using the phone for call out.

Thanks for Advance

Create two ARS routes, one for your normal provider and one for the second one. In the second one remove 4 digits and use a command table id to add relevant 4 digits. Configure the discriminator in the way you want to route based on dialing digits (0060 will be configured with ARS route 1 and 0065 will be configured with ARS route 2).
