Hi
I have some numbers showing in my numbering plan which start with an 'E' , it shows them as a station but they do not exist in users or prefixes. Does anyone have any ideas as to what they might be. They do have some call tickets against them
Thanks

Re: Station numbers in number plan
My first guess would be set profiles, although that does not explain how there would be call tickets associated with them.

Re: Station numbers in number plan
Sometimes OXE comes with such numbers configured when equipment was tested by Alcatel technicians.
However such numbers can be used for substitution or in order not to be accessed directly by users (ex: door lockers accessed by DTMF --> to be accessed only by preconfigured keys configured by technician on user sets and not direct dial).

Check in X25/X25 numbering plan (and DATA/Data terminal).
May be E... - declared like X25 address for point (like 137 tunnel, 108 broadcast...) in X25/access cluster 0/ access points.
