Ip phones problem

Hi,

We have two VLANS one for data another one for voice. we use port mobile in os 6850 24 switch (5 no of stacking(stack1) ).i removed one of the ipphone from that switch then i connected the ip phone on another stack 6850(stack2) switches there it was working fine afterwards i removed the phone from the stack2 and connected the phone in same port in stack1 .now my ipphone was strucked in network settings i tried to change the phone setttings and i tried with another ipphone also it was not working. please tell me the solution for this.
