Board GA active

How can be tested if the GA3 board is running ok?
Are there any special command or procedure to test it?
We have checked that the board is “in service” but leds seems to be not ok.
POWER led is off, only LAN and CPU leds are blinking (green leds).
Rack is working with main (not with batteries).

You can find out it's IP @ (shelf/boards/Ethernet parameters) and ping on it from the CPU. If you get a reply, it is working.

Yes, it can happen sometimes, the LED does not go on, but the board works fine. However, the LAN led should be on.
