problem witch softphone Runtime error with headset plantroni

I have a problem with the desktop ip softphone and headset plantronic C620, when I receive a call, the softphone will get stuck and get this error Runtime error in a window of Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library.
Oxe version 9.1.0 i1.605.26
softphone version 9.1.3.0

had the same error, upgrade the softphone with the r 10 version, then it works

Install the latest version available on business partner website or simply install the hotfix also developed by Alcatel.
