SNMP trap managing

Dear all,
I am a software developer, involved in a supervision system project that integrates Omniswitch Alcatel.
I need to write code for the enterprise specific trap parsing, but I am not able to find further documentation to solve my current blocking problems.
I need to know:
1) if is possible to stimolate trap sending without real critical situation (as a simulator)
2) if there is a command to send to the switch to have all the pending trap just to aligned my application at the start-up.

Hi,
NMS OmniVista include Trap(Notification) Management
AOS switches have the capability of generating trap messages from the CLI to any snmp stations configured.
Use the "show snmp trap config" to choose the trap you want to send.
Use the "debug trap generate" command to generate the trap.
Alternatively, you could try to look in product specific support media or use a Knowledge Base.
