OTUC - OXE connection problem

Good day to all. Sorry for my english. For a last 2-month I succsessful installed Alctel OmniPCX OXE Station and now i am trying to install a new service - Alcatel Instant Communications Suite on a rack server.
Finally i installed ICS server and needed software. #service icsd status command - shows me that all services are started.
I have licenses for:
Telephony Services

One Number Services

Messaging Services

Teamwork Services

My Instant Communicator

Messaging Web Services

My goal is to install alcatel OmniTouch instant Communicator Suite on users pc.
All of configurations that i have done was as it described in alcatel documentation Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch 8400 ICS / 8410 ICWS / 8440 MS step by step
For a first time as it was described in documentation on alcatel ics cd i go to the webadmin page.
I configure the PCX FQDN, and ICS Server FQDN. All off this nodes have the same dns server,and can resolv dns name's of each outher.
I must note that ICS server and PCX are in different subnetworks!
When i go to supervision/wbs i see that there is services thas was in down sate - EMS PMS OSS UMFCORE.
when i go to /WebAdmin webpage, in system->call server i saw that there is call server, there is adfexc user for secure ftp access whit some password. I still dont know what is user adfexc for and what his password. Alcatel dont discribe about logic in communication between OXE and ICS server.
I still dont know if the communication beetwen call server and ICS was succesfull astablished. In suppervision web access page i cant view the alarms, there is a blank white screen. I try to access alarm web page from at least 3 computers.
I dont know how debug ics and cs connection.
The tcpdump host "ip-address_of_ics" command on cs shows me that something is transfer from ics throw the network. #netstat -n shows me that there is established connection from dynamic port ics to oxe 2555 port.
When i try to create a user i entered phone number (The user with declared directory number is exist in CS conf) in a stage of Web services profile check - i got an error:
"Update operation error
Unable to find this user on Ots. Invalid phone number
XMLTelephony right will be removed
Telephony Services (web service) right will be removed"
Of course mic software gives me an error: services are temporary unavailable, but login was successful!
Please help me to debug problem. If there is more detail documentation for installation and configuration of ics? I cant find it at internet. What i need to check, to get mic to work properly?
