Hi;

I have this incidents in PBx:

28/11/11 21:58:15 000001M|--/--/-/---|=4:4032=CSTA : monitoring limit exceed type=AcdAgent maximun=563
28/11/11 21:58:15 000001M|--/--/-/---|=4:4032=CSTA : monitoring limit exceed type=Agent maximun=352

And this lock in spadmin:

101 CSTA monitoring requests = 915

Anybody knows how I can manage this lock in Actis ???

No DR-Link in site, I am working with Genesys.
I think the way is:
UCC/XML WS/CTI
CSTA/TAPI
Nº objets monitoring: XXX

but I am not sure...I will continue the investigation
