call drop on ip phone

Hi guys,


I have severals 4400 connected. I recently had a problem with a linux file so i installed the linux again and delivery the backup.

old: R7.0 f4.401.24
new: R7.0 f4.401.21

I can call from all sites to ip phones except from where I update the linux ... When i call to a ip phone the phone rings and when I answer the call the call drops.
Any ideas??

sorry I the the old with the new version

The correct config is

old: R7.0 f4.401.21
new: R7.0 f4.401.24

Hi,

it could be the codec issue, check if u have IP domain configuration or IP TG codec and system codec....
